The Child Welfare Immigration Centre of Excellence (CWICE) was commissioned by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to study the issue of teens who arrive alone under the Canada-Ukraine authorization for emergency travel (CUAET) program.

Toronto Star – Numbers Reveal How the New Canada-U.S. Border Deal Is Affecting Irregular Migration
Since 12:01 a.m. on March 25 and up until May 11, a total of 546 cases of people crossing between the Canadian designated ports of entry have been processed, says the Canada Border Services Agency. Some 300 of them were intercepted by the RCMP during that 48-day period. The numbers suggest a huge drop in monthly arrivals in Canada from the first two months of this year — 4,994 in January and 4,581 in February.
